Allan Geert Nielsen
COO & Deputy MD, Nordics at Geodis Wilson A/S
Allan has been part of Happy Bosses from the very beginning. Allan is deputy chairperson and a very active Happy Boss. He was part of the team behind the first Happy Bosses book "Natural born leader" ("Sorry but there is no way you can learn how to lead") and our second book – "Glade Chefer Elsker Mad" ("Happy Bosses love food"), which was co-written with Francis Cardenau, owner of Le Sommelier, Umami and MASH. This book looks at the topic of "when only the best is good enough" and the dilemma: "I lead but make way..."
Mikkel Fredsted Birn
Managing partner, Birn & Partners ApS
Mikkel joined Happy Bosses in connection with the new book "Glade Chefer Elsker Mad". Mikkel teamed up with Thomas Rode Andersen, manager and head chef at Copenhagen restaurant "Kong Hans Kælder". Their topic is "Stone Age food on the beach" and the dilemma: "Flexibility – planning or chaos." Mikkel, who has an MBA, is chairman of one of the so-called VL-groups (part of Danish Management Society) and has integrated Happy Bosses into his daily life within a very short time, realizing how quickly an active membership of Happy Bosses can lead to a unique network and sense of solidarity – and to good business opportunities.
Bent Andersen
Managing Director, Bravida A/S
Bent has been part of Happy Bosses from the beginning, and he was a co-writer on the first Happy Bosses book: "Tag barske beslutninger med ro i maven" ("Make tough decisions with inner calmness"). Along with the photos taken for the book, this heading naturally turned into "Mr. Andersen, Bent Andersen", member no. 007 at Happy Bosses! Bent has an MBA and is an active Happy Boss.
